At Pawster.ai, we aim to deliver your custom posters as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your physical orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- Each poster is made to order. Production typically begins within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is confirmed and another when it has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout:

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- In some cases, free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions.
4. Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
- Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at support@pawster.ai. We'll investigate and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received, unless evidence of a delivery issue is provided.
6. International Orders
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Returns and Replacements
Because all posters are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- There is a printing or production error.
- The order is lost in transit.
To request a resolution, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
