Welcome to Pawster.ai ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, including image upload, poster generation, and product purchase. By using Pawster.ai, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pawster.ai. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account and Access
- You may use Pawster.ai by providing an email address.
- Some features may require email verification via a one-time code.
- You are responsible for any activity under your access credentials.
3. User Content and Data Storage
Pawster.ai allows you to upload content and generate posters using AI. By using our Service, you agree to the following:
a. Uploaded Images
- You may upload images to customize your poster.
- Uploaded files are stored for up to 30 days to allow editing, preview, or re-download.
- After this period, we may permanently delete the files without notice.
b. Prompts
- Prompts you submit to guide AI poster generation are stored for service continuity and quality improvements.
- You grant us a license to store and process this input to provide the Service.
c. Generated Posters
- Posters generated using your input are saved for up to 30 days.
- You may purchase the digital or printed version during this period.
- After expiration, we may remove them from our servers.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on third-party rights or contains illegal material.
- Abuse the system to bypass limitations or interfere with other users.
- Use Pawster.ai to generate harmful, misleading, or prohibited content.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your uploads and prompts.
- We retain ownership of the platform, AI models, and system-generated elements.
- You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the posters you generate for personal or commercial use (except resale of unmodified AI output as standalone products without purchase).
6. Credits and Purchases
- Some features are limited by usage credits or plans.
- You may purchase credits or products (digital or printed).
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
7. Data and Privacy
- We store your uploaded images, prompts, and generated outputs temporarily as described.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
9. Disclaimers
- Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
